WHY WAS MY CONCEALED CARRY PERMIT DENIED?
There are various reasons why your application might have been denied by the Florida Department of Agriculture and Consumer Services, including but not limited to:
1. You are the subject of a restraining or protection order or injunction.
2. You have a history of mental instability, have been committed to a mental institution, or adjudged incompetent or mentally defective.
3. You have been convicted of a specific crime.
4. You have been convicted of a felony (unless civil and firearm rights have been restored by the convicting authority).
5. A warrant for your arrest has been issued.
6. You are prohibited from possessing a firearm by any other law, state or federal agency or Court.
